Why 3ds.guide is now only in english ?
why plailect don't use decrypt9 now ?

The guide just got a major update so the other languages aren't available just yet. Have some patience and they'll be up.

Because GodMode9 can now do what Decrypt9 can. GodMode9 got an update and now the guide uses that update.
