sure it works well but i reflashed from scratch the system and reloaded the hmods and gamesagain.. saves still there of course launched it and now the sound is broken ..but if i start the game as a new game sound is fine so its just from loading the save slot in nesmini (not the save state in RA) not sure whats happened im sure yesterday i launched many save slots on outrun ghouls and ghosts .. metalslug... and it was fine...
A while back I tried to save a mame game in the save slot on the nesmini gui. When I went back to play the saved game, the sound was gone/glitch and the gameplay sometimes restarted as a new game or was way too glitchy to play at all.

my same problem :( i used to have over 730 games and all worked fine, after testing the last version i wanted to write again my old games list, now even if i flash 600 games it give me no space left error, i can't use linux. how i can fix the problem?? please!

I had this issue too. I ended up having to do a factory reset from within the nes classic menu. It cleared out whatever files where stuck in there ( including old savestate files) and then it loaded up just fine.

I did that too lol first time I setup hakchi on 2.06. I haven't had my original kernel since. Except now on my other mini. So I could just use that one. But I'm sure someone could upload one for you if you needed.
Can somebody please upload the original kernel for me? I have googled, and there doesn't seem to be one out there yet.

Or would a factory reset work to restore the original kernel?
Thanks!

Yes that's normal it clears the saves etc out. Not the games. Your custom kernel is the new "factory setting" kernel. So that's why you can factory reset it and not lose games.

I'm getting a System out of memory error from Windows10 every time I try to upload games, since I've upgraded to ver2.14b.
I've tried restarting the PC with nothing else running but still the same, doesn't make sense, it got plenty of RAM and disk space...
It's the exact same folder structure and games I had uploaded before when it still was with FEL mode and it took ages because I have 800 games and 300MB... but it worked!

That's exactly why I have 2 minis. One has 715 games 317 mb on 2.12. All works nicely. I was too scared to upgrade after that. So now I am using my other nes and leaving my other one at 715. But I got that same error on new 2.14b with only 38 games and 96mb. Booooooooooooooooo

I'm also afraid this might happen if I keep downloading & installing, considering flashing doesn't actually clear save states.

There may be something that needs to be cleared/freed/delete during flashing. Maybe not.

Try just resetting you mini to factory settings. It will clear everything out but you will still have your games just all saves and other junk files. Then try syncing again. You do this on the mini in settings not in hakchi btw.

Would that fix your error?
Someone on here said it helped them. So just turn on your nes and go to settings and factory reset it. It's worth a shot if saves don't matter to you.

But for me I just deleted 2 games and tried again and it worked. I haven't factory set it yet cause of that.

I've only save few fav games, nothing major. I'll try that if the error happens to me though.

I do wonder though. Since it syncs so dam fast now why do you really need 800 on all at once? Unless you plan to take it with you everywhere. Anytime you wanna play a new game or something it syncs so fast that even if someone came over to play with you it's not hard to pick a few games from your hakchi and send them over and play. Instead of wasting time going through grips of folders.
