I got this problem when I install CIA files on FBI

Failed to Intall CIA File
Result code: 0xD8E0806A
Level: Permanent (27)
Summary: Invalid argument (7)
Module:AM (32)
Desc: Cert signature or hash check failed (106)

I hope you can help me solve my problem

Do you have a custom firmware, such as Luma3DS? More info about your system would be nice. We don't know osmosis.

Without or without custom firmware? If you do not have custom firmware, do yourself a favor and follow http://3ds.guide and DO NOT UPDATE TO 11.3 UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE GUIDE.

In the future, please tell people what your 3DS setup is when you ask for help. It will help people respond faster and attracts people who know how to help.
