ROM Hack Freeshop, Eshop broke? and FBI cias not working, please help....?

I'm very New to the scene, so go easy on me.

I have CFW (A9LH) i'm on firmware 11.3.0-36.

Freeshop version 2.2.0
Downloaded encTitleKeys.bin
I have FBI Version 2.4.8
I have Tikshop, Tiksweep.

These are my issues:

Freeshop

All the games appear to download until i get these errors as follows:
failed to finalize content 0xD8E0825, 0xf9608022
All download icons are now Red.

Eshop

I start of with Tikshop, which directs me to the eshop.
I select the redownload. I have tried completing download now and in sleep mode.
I get error code:007-6034
The download appears on my homscreen, but says:
Download progress 99% it says i can put it in sleep mode to continue download.
Then it says The software or update data downloads have failed. Please perform new downloads from within the shop.

FBI

I have installed various .CIA files to cias folder on my sd card but none have the Install CIA or Install and delete CIA option.

Conclusion

So these are my issues. i have been searching google and youtube comments for any help, but cant seem to find any resolve.
I was able to download about 5 or 6 games at the start, but now i cant download any.
Is it possible to downgrade from the latest firmware? or i see a suggestion about restoring with NAND backup?
If i do this will i lose everything i have already download?

Im having the exact same problem, did you ever get it fixed? If so, what did you do?

Have you tried a different SD card and/or testing your current card for errors?

SD card brand, size, and format you formatted it in, plays a very big role.
If you can state them, we can figure something out.

SD Card Brand: Samsung
Size: 64 GB
Formated as: FAT32

You say that you have Tiksweep, but have you tried to see if running Tiksweep helps with your Freeshop/eShop issues?

If that doesn't work, I would suggest restoring your old NAND backup (while keeping A9LH). Make an additional new backup before restoring your old one.

As for your FBI issue, it sounds like the .cia files you've put on your SD card (you haven't 'installed' them there) may be corrupt. Try redownloading those files. As suggested, trying another SD card may help.
