you can't play from external hdd with the update in nand... at least doesnt' worked for me... game doesn't recognized the update when tried to execute it, cause i have white wii u and i can't install the entire game in nand.

if anyone knows how to play with the game installed in external hdd and update in nand please let us know how.
The question is : is it safe to install the game on nand if my Wiiu is USA and the game is EUR ? If so, i'll try that to see if the slowdowns are less worst.

I can say that yes, it is safe.

However, I am unaware at this point if the EUR saves will work with the NA disc. I preordered the game, and am quite worried that my current save won't work with it, as it doesn't look like you can use Saviine on a NAND/USB game.

Sounds like Xenoblade has region-free saves though, so here's hoping Zelda is the same way. If anybody has any ideas, I'm all ears, though I will be testing it myself on Friday.

Thanks for the info! I'll report if they is any improvement when tranfered to nand. About the saves, not too sure if it's possible to do it with saviine. I read somewhere that you have to start a new game on NTSC then dump the save with saviine and rename the PAL save to the NTSC name and reinject.

Edit : What if we try to convert the save but with the NTSC eshop version? Can't test it before it comes out but that could be i idea!

Yeah they monitized the other video but the video with title Horrible framerate kakariko village got taken down immediatly. It shows what assholes Nintendo are.
It's still fair use but they Always think they're above the law

I'll try to do dailymotion but it's gonna take a while since it's a 20 gig recording.

What the fuck? Dude. Why don't you just resize it? You do realize Youtube, and any other place you upload the video streamed, is gonna convert to a lesser size anyway and compress? The quality won't be affected..

Didn't have the time to do that. Had a lot of stuff to do and it's late already now

I know but like i said didn't have the time so just uploaded it and left my pc on. Anyway gonna edit some parts out of the video and reupload it.

That may not cut the size.

So, confirmed Kakariko has horrible framerate drops, but are they HORRIBLE, almost unplayable?
