How does the version numbers work? If you want to make a CIA that is version 1.4.9, do you put 1 for Major, 4 for Minor and 9 for Micro?

I'm sure it's because you have a 32b windows, then ctrtool and/or makerom support only 64b.

where can i find the - seeddb.bin and - aeskeydb.bin files? i have decrypt 9 but when i launch it it crash and comes back to homebrew launcher. Is there also another way to decrypt 3ds games?
@Altari I get the aeskeydb.bin in YakaraColombia's luma pack and the seeddb.bin i created whit the app of the programer of decript9 and i use the pylot of decrypt9 for luma
You can get the aeskeydb.bin from the Guide. We can't link to the seeddb.bin. You can search for the title key site and it should show you where you can get it.
I followed the tuto, making sure the cia is descrypted, writing the cia's name without this extension, and it's still dosen't work. I dunno what i did wrong.
