If anyone is interested, I updated a lot of boxarts (3DS|CIA).
Just uninstall your previous version, and install from mine.
I used the black border, well, because I like it.

For future (I still don't check your info files), but you don't need create txt with noumbers. You can add program id to normal files like APGE:

I've been working on something similar as part of my ROM Properties Page shell extension. The next release, 1.0, will support decrypted 3DS files, including .3DS (.CCI) and .CIA. There will also be partial support for encrypted files, including boxart fetch for encrypted .3DS. For boxart, I'm using an on-demand download from GameTDB instead of requiring offline boxart pack downloads.

Note that the current version, 0.9-beta2, doesn't support 3DS, but it does support GameCube, Wii, DS, and a bunch of others.
So.... I checked to see why levert.ch could not be accessed on Google Chrome. It's because for whatever reason the domain is pre-loaded as a HSTS enforced website. Since it is pre-loaded you can't remove it and Google doesn't allow a bypass. The only option right now is to access the site via a different browser.
EDIT: Actually this can be bypassed by adding --ignore-certificate-errors to the end of the command line for a Google Chrome shortcut. OpenDNS provided the way. It does open a security hole though.

@GerbilSoft @Gnarmagon Actually the source is all on github. In order to build it it requires ImageMagick v6. V7 is incompatible. Would have to recode it to support it. Also you will need to build the libraries since the installers don't include them and it will fail with linker errors otherwise since they are missing. https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/3ds-shell
Do you not know how to read commits? the last commit was a year ago buddy and guess what thats for version 1.7.1 like the git message itself says. That means its the latest version.
