Hacking How can I decrypt a NAND Backup from a broken 3DS ?

My New 3DS Xl is broken but I would like to access the Local Friend Seed (my Friends are inside there) and the other Key File.....
I already tried restoring it for a short time to Emu NAND (diffrent NAND Header so Decrypt9 prevents me from doing this :()

How can I do this ? (I have the OTP 's and the NAND Backup (no XORPADS))
