Hacking found PS4 with 1.76, can i play new games?

hello,
i have to make a quick decision wether to buy a ps4 with the rare version of 1.76.

since hacking isn't very far yet and i don't want to buy and never use it, my question is: can i play new original games like bloodbourne or will they force update the console?

also what do i have to do to block updates like wiiU.

New games require updates unless something changes someday. I've been holding off as I haven't bought a new game in a while, but will surely end up updating for Persona 5.
