I don't know if anyone is familiar with data mining but the whole point of it is to bypass encryption to get peeks at what content is in store.

It's been mentioned that anything that's been "datamined" (quote, because we don't even know if it was datamining at this point with all the speculation,) was due to Nintendo's negligence to completely encrypt all files.

If someone had the title key they would have access to all assets of the game immediately, as extracting them from ISO and WUD images is child's play with any tutorial available.

potentially. If they are, he must have done some editing to put them all together and on a transparent background.
Someone yesterday said they were fake images done in Adobe Illustrator. Too bad today's gameplay videos prove this wrong...

(The green dyed Hood was shown off).

Buying a copy of something is not ilegal. If I go to a store and buy it, how am I breaking the law? If anything they're breaking a comercial agreement, but why do I have to know the release date of every single game in the planet?
>Mexico
Oh boy I know where this is going
Laws are not the same everywhere dude
Besides, I highly doubt a store like GamePlanet or gamers would sell something like that early.
Mom and pop shops MAYBE

the law is different everywhere. This is speculated to be a US disc, so in the US he would be in legal trouble.

So there's someone out there that could possibly know what the final boss is already?

Appearantly we're not suppose to use loadiine since it's outdated, the load times are going to be insane...
Can someone tell us what to do if we have the 5.1 spoofed to 5.3.2 (for loadiine), what would be the best next step?
Update to 5.5.1...

Anywhere in the world, you're not obliged to know the release date of the things you buy! It's insane! If I got to store and pick some games and buy them, you're not responsible for buying something you shouldn't! If it's in the store it must be legal to buy, otherwise it's the store fault, not yours!
Anywhere in the world!

I would love to know the way you were raised.
Ignorance =/= Inoccent
Store fucking up =/= court passing up something illegal
Basically someone out there has had the game longer than any of us outside of Nintendo.

I doubt there was much that the encryption didn't cover, so what we got is probably all there will be until the key is released or someone thoroughly scrubs the EUR game files from NUS.
Please Understand:tm:

also, it turns out that the tile sheet that everyone assumed were potions were actually the icons from the menu you see while dying clothes, so its more unlikely that the entire spritesheet in good definition was available in the guide, so the leak is significantly more like to be legit

Not for buying the game he wouldn't. He'd be in trouble from breaking the embargo.
I need the sauce on this
I swear to papa Stalin I'm not kidding
I don't want to be ignorant
Would he really?
review copies were sent out before stores even got them also remember that guy who had the switch early so its possible
It's been "confirmed" the guy bought it from someone who stole it
I wonder if it's the case here too

Well, he can't get into trouble legally for buying it since the store put it there, the store would be in legal trouble. But unless Nintendo gets involved and wants it back; and he declines. Theeeen, he's legally in trouble for buying it.

Please Understand:tm:

What does it have to do the way I was raised? There is no law against buying something on an established store, except illegal substances.
There is no law against buying something out of date! It's called a commercial agreement between parties, and I didn't signed it
If I go to a store and buy some games, and one of those happen to be an early release, how would I even know? Games are not illegal, I'm not doing anything ilegal. If the store signed a commercial agreement about a release date, which is not a law, is just an agreement between two parties, I'm not breaking anything.
