Audacity outputs RIFF WAV files by default. You just need to make sure that at the bottom of the screen, you select 48000Hz (the default selection is 44100Hz), then click File -> Export Audio and make sure that WAV is selected as the file format. On the next screen, you will be asked to add metadata to the file, ensure that all these boxes are blank.
Interesting. The WAV I uploaded here has those same qualities, but doesn't work for some reason. I uploaded 2 pictures here too. If you look at the first picture, you can see that it's 48000Kz, less than 15 secs. long, and 16bit as well. Very weird. I did just have a thought, I was only using the gamepad at the time and not the TV. Is it one or the other?
