Their biggest dick move was specifically attacking the homebrew launcher in 11.3, which can't run pirated games and costs them NOTHING.

Well I have seen this before when Sony sued Geo Hotz. And since that day, I decided to hack any Sony product I owned (Sony PS3 and PSP right now). I guess Nintendo is on that list now as well ..
