The guide by @Real.96 was updated with Necrozma, the thing is I have only encountered it three times in a sea of attempts.

Yes, Necrozma has been added. Same error of Guzzlord, i think you can do it everywhere. I tryed in the first place on the left

I can say that Zygarde and Cosmog advances are the same, RNG'ed both (but without this program)

This part is wrong. It is 3937 - (27-7) and not +7

I was checking those out as well yesterday - they seem like great tools.

It's a program that runs on the 3ds, it's usable on every 3ds
You'll need to download files so PC/Mobile is required

I'm also interested in RNG for Battle Bond Greninja.
Although it's IV locked with 20/31/20/31/20/31 IVs, its nature is random and it's not shiny locked like other events.

Having issues with starting up the overlay, On N3ds using luma with the 11.3 update and have NTR running. Tried opening the menu with select nothing happened. Very new to this but really am excited to try this out!
