HalloEffect : Can I ask why you want redNAND?
Do you have a specific needs of it, or do you just THINK you need it?
redNAND is not useful to end users, it's even the contrary as we have to help users fix their issue on sysNAND after using redNAND...
Thanks for the clarification, Cyan. So yeah, I'll have CBHC autoboot Mocha 0.2 with the redNAND option. I have redNAND already and I just find it good to have in case I want to mess around with it (I know it's for devs now that are working with things that can brick, but who knows, it might becomes useful for me if I want to try out some stuff in the future).

As for why I want to autoboot redNAND, I just want to see if it works... I can always switch it back anyways to have CBHC -> CFW.

that's ok then.
if you want redNAND, and know why you want it, that's fine :)

some users just think they need redNAND to get signature patch, which can be done with all other cfw methods too, so for most users redNAND is not what they thought.

I have a relatively simple question, and it shouldn't take too long to answer. I already have mocha set up via cbhc and am using REDNAND, and I was wondering what I would do in the event of wanting to switch back to SYSNAND. I have made progress in games and such since doing the initial set up, so that would have to be taken in to account as well.

Not sure but i think you would get a quicker response by posting in the Mocha thread since it's a Mocha issue. https://gbatemp.net/threads/mocha-cfw-the-sweet-chocolate-to-your-latte.452940/

Well if your titles/title saves are on USB/HDD then your ok, it will stay the same just as if your on systemnand but if your using system memory in Rednand to save your games then your saves will be different from when booting back into systemnand because your save progress is actually saving to your sd card not to the wiiu's main memory like it should properly so when you switch between nands and start the same game again, you will notice your progress saving point will be different. You should always use USB/HDD in my opinion using Rednand not system memory installs or copy too both memory's just to be sure that way whatever progress you make in Rednand will be ok when switching from different nands in future.
