1. Play the entire album of The Frogs in the background

2. download the oldest version of Netscape (Or the newest if that doesn't work)

3. Set up Teedus as your user icon

4. Use Teedus as your desktop background

5. Download at least 10 Teedus pictures and scatter it around the desktop

6. Set your color bitrate to 8-bit and somehow make your computer 256 bit (I know it's possible as I've done it before on accident when I was realistically using XP).

7. Change the error, ding, and popup sounds to Tidus' laugh and the rest as earrape Sonic uotes

8. use wingdings as your default font.

8.5.look up some Pokemon hentai on E621, keep the window up there (Only if you don't mind furries/ferals if you do, put up a youtube video of a Grand Dad meme.)

9. Install Desktop Destroyer

10. Install Bonzi buddy with cool awesome toolbars, that one virus that makes things
explode upon clicking as well as Mcafee antivirus then finally deploy it with Memz virus

I always find it amusing when people call others out for reading ability when they clearly haven't read the thread properly themselves...

does it require the admin to run i want to run it on a library pc they will never know i broke it the computers also allow bat files to run

Try deleting :

Windows\System32\en-US\shell32.dll.mui
or
Windows\Branding\Basebrd\en-US\basebrd.dll.mui

You may have to run mcbuilder afterwards.

Can't remember if this works on xp but I do remember it creates a nice strobing effect once windows starts and makes it completely unusable on whatever system I did it on back in the day.

You can also download PsKill and use it to remotely kill the csrss.exe process on your XP computer which instantly crashes it and also risks corrupting the registry and disk drive.

@Veho, Sounds and smells like bullshit. They don't give you cancer, and California should know that. I don't get why they stick labels that say "may or may not cause reproductive harm or cancer".

Arsenic doesn't give you cancer either.

California has already banned those additives BTW.
