TWLoader uses Apache's NTRloader to load games, so your already ready to go with the proper files placed on your card from the first post in this thread. Just read the instructions thoroughly.
Edit: I believe it works with older cards that work with Apaches loader.
I reinstalled all of TWLoader after somehow messing up the old version but now the latest one is stuck on "Now checking if banner data exists (SD Card)"
I played that game all the way through using BlargSnes on my O3DS at full speed. There is an injector for BlargSnes is you want it on the Home Menu.
The PCE-CD version is much, MUCH superior to the SNES one, and if DS manages to run it, it would be awesome, and if it's run slowly, i think i can speed up with TWL core speed

I let my pc repair the sd card(again) and then I installed the patched version from GerbilSoft and Slattz.I dont' know if it was posted here and I didn't see it,I got it from the reddit sub.

This version fixes a bug introduced in v3.0, so you should no longer get crashes in the CIA and 3DSX versions.

- TWLoader's HOME Menu banner has the glossy effect removed.
- New HOME Menu icon. The HOME Menu icon cache will have to be cleared for the new icon to show up.

I can create inis but
It Entry in games .... I can see splash screen
Then white screen ....

Hmm, I'm getting the problem as well.
EDIT: Forgot to set my flashcard to DSTWO in the settings.

I downloaded XP on dialup when it came out. Overnights for like a week. cuz I couldn't tie up the phone line during the day. It was so awesome and worked so great going from ME to XP. -

DiGiorno Crispy Pan Pizza tasted pretty dang close to Pizza hut pan pizza, but Im not sure if theyve been discontinued or not. Havent seen them locally for a couple of months now.
