nobody has mentioned the fact you can stream your 3ds to your computer wirelessly, so you can play your games on a bigger screen. You can also hook up input redirector at the same time so that you can can control the 3ds with a controller too. Also ik you're not into piracy, but it's so nice to have all of the games that i've legally purchased in the past on 1 console, say not having to whip out my gba to play harvest moon. And since you have a n3ds, not even gba injection, full blown emulation is smooth.

What if I dump a used game - not knowing that someone else already did so as well - and THEN go online?

Is is 100% safe as long as you dont go online early on games that havent released yet. Nintendo is super dumb they cant even tell the diffrence between a brought game and a pirated game they just see a pirated game as a brought games.

I don't know for sure of the risks, but I avoid going online anyway. I'm pretty certain it should in theory be safe, but for most 3DS games the online isn't all that necessary anyway though.
With regards to someone else dumping the cart, I'd imagine there'd be no difference between playing a used game with the cartridge if someone had dumped it, safety-wise? As far as I'm aware, there is no detectable difference between playing a cartridge-stored game than a digital one, when online? I'm not really sure though.
I'd imagine it's safer than playing a pirated game at least

Convert any rebirth PC mod that you want and add it to your game. You will need to decrypt and rebuild the CIA to use it on N3DS. Other systems are a simple drag and drop procedure. So expect to take some time. I put a guide in the thread you downloaded it from to learn how to make the cia

He's just wasting his time. Adfly wont payout anyway once they find out any of his traffic is coming from forums or anywhere with a decent following lol. They banned me for sumohax and youtube videos.
