Hacking NTR CFW 3.4 Launch Failed

I have no clue what i did, but I used NTR CFW on my n3ds yesterday and I could record perfectly fine, and now when I open the app, it will automatically tell me: "LAUNCH FAILED, FILEOPEN_FAILURE, LOAD_AND_EXECUTE"

I have not done anything except install a few SSB3ds mods. I am using Luna btw.
Does anyone have any solutions? I've tried reinstalling it and completely deleting the cia off my 3ds and re-installing it again, nothing has worked.

Hmm... okay apparently there were some files in a folder that was messing with a few things, alright that was really weird.
