Homebrew launcher payloads. But i think i should tag people that can confirm/deny it. I don't think he should touch anything else until we figure the exact region his console is. Why would decrypt9 consider it USA of he started on EUR 11.2.0-35E?

@Quantumcat for example helped me a lot with the guide on my first try. Now i've done 6 3ds and no issues.
I'm on mobile so i can't link the 3ds noob thread. Can you do it please, crimsonmaple?

To the original poster, DON'T make any backups for now until your system works again. Since the backups will be damaged (in your current state), too. For the next time don't skip anything a guide orders you to do.[

I did this post because 2DSaver didn't work too ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

If your firmware was 11.2.0-35E, then you might have done the CTRNAND transfer with the 2.1.0-3U file on accident when you downgraded, then updated via CTRNAND Transfer to 9.2.0-20U afterward, because you thought your region might be NA. In this case, I think you will need to:
1. downgrade CTRNAND to 2.1.0-3U
2. Uninstall A9LH
3. CTRNAND Transfer to 2.1.0-3E
4. Reinstall A9LH
5. CTRNAND Transfer update to 9.2.0-20E.

If this doesn't work, then I don't have a clue what else to suggest. You might need to buy a used 2DS from a store and install A9LH on that instead.

Kinda cant do it in that order. Gotta ctrnand to 2.1 E first then uninstall. But region change might be the fastest method atm.

Btw. Cfw have region free patches so it doesnt matter.

It seems to be the case. But if his console is actually USA then something else is royally fucked up. Thanks for the hyperlink.

@Rafa10. Copy and paste what we believe is your issue in that thread and see what other people tell you before touching anything else/if region change does not suffice.

That's wrong. His console is EUR, and he is currently on a U Firmware. He should download the 'Old 3DS or 2DS 9.2.0 - EUR - ctrtransfer' file, and only skip section ii. He still needs to complete section iii.
