Well. This is the strangest thing i have encountered. What is the first 2 letters and 4 numbers of your serial no? This can tell me the region. And i think. Dont quote me on this. Since you dont have a nand backup on whatever firm you may be stuck on 2.1 somehow. Because cfw cant boot a 2.1 firm.
Wait, maybe forced ctrnand transfer would work. Gimme the first 6 digits of the 3ds serial no. And ill see if its eu before we go further.

Edit: this is what i had you do.. weird. How is homemenu borked. Try another version of luma. So delete /luma but save the payloads and try and reinstall it.

Yeah. I noticed. Try reinstalling luma. Or just try deleting /luma/config.bin

Ctrtransfers are supposed to keep A9LH, that's kind of the point. Why else would 9.2.0 ctrtransfers exist?
