I'm not sure if this was already covered but i'm getting a white screen when trying to load most of my games such as Dragon Quest 9 and AC:WW and i tried console output and it didn't seem to help.

nds-bootstrap (the ROM loader) doesn't work with some games.

Would it be possible to download all the required files for the loader on startup, for cases where the CIA is downloaded and installed directly on the 3DS (for example: through FBI)?

I know there have been a ton of commits since 2.4.2 but I figure I will mention this regardless.

Short version: On 2.4.2 my TWLoader crashes whenever it has loaded.
It goes through the boot logo, briefly shows the first frame of the menu then gets stuck and crashes the application forcing a system restart. This does not happen on 2.4.1.

I tried deleting the entire /_nds/ folder and putting a clean version, which doesn't work.
I have ini files for roms in the correct folder in /roms/ that were made with Forwarder3DS as "add games" doesn't work at all on 2.4.1 for me, and I can't generate them with 2.4.2.. of course..
My flashcard is a R4i GOLD 3DS RTS seen below. I use the "R4iDSN/R4i Gold RTS" pack. Next to the pack I have WoodR4 for booting the cartridge normally.
My 3DS is New3DS on 11.2 using Luma nightly (not quite the latest commit but still fairly recent)

I have a problem with Tetris DS.

I get an error:
Unable to read the data. Please turn the power off and reinsert the gamecard.

What should I do?

Thanks.

For "add games" to work, overwrite "sdmc:/_nds/twloader/loadflashcard/r4idsn.nds" with this updated file.

@Robz8

i have a few questions again.

1. can you provide a build of current git head please?

2. do you host the source for the nds files anywhere? imho they should be part of the project if at all possible.

3. can you host the source and binaries of the 7z pack for flashcards on github too?

right now its hard to follow along or provide patches for these parts of the project.

Not here to complain, just trying to give info for the compat. list.

O3DS, Used Plailect's guide maybe 7 days ago.
Tried from my 4GB SDHC and 256GB SDXC Micro, the 4GB tends to load the DS faster but the difference didn't seem to translate to TWL. They both loaded at half the speed of snot.

Lost Magic - Loads, but very slowly. Each banner (ubisoft, etc.) takes 10-15 seconds to load. Once it loads, it displays at normal speed however. Menu takes about 30 seconds to load but seems responsive. Anytime it needs to load, it takes forever. Once things are loaded, however, it runs at normal speed.

Legend of Zelda - Phantom Hourglass - White screen. Never loads.

Using the latest official build, tried with both SD cards, tried at 66 and 133. I'd test more but those were really the only ones I was super worried about.

Hope it helps.
