Hope is lost. Haha atleast they've announce the project has been cancelled EARLIER that I've expected. BTW thanks for the time to all of those who participated in this thread (especially the ones that are mad at me, hehe sorry for all the fuss I made here.) Good luck to all.

A pretty sad letdown
With all the buildup, and the raw translation being completed I was at least hoping to see a patch but after 3 years and nothing to show for it, well...

I hope at the very least that when the translations are released publicly somebody will do something with it so that the time and effort put into the translating doesn't go up in smoke. The folks who put the time and effort into contributing deserve to see something back for there efforts, at least.

I must say im not suprised when project not showing any progress on 99% its because there is none. Now question is how good is translation... if its ok someone
certainly will finish it.

The translation is public, anyone can get it off from transifex.
It's just super slow through their cli client. I attached a copy of the files.

No, the lesson is never trust in "lazy coder". I'm sorry for the harsh sentence. This guy have great abilities but, seriusly, he begun dozen projects and he never releases nothing due to always the same excuses ... (and again my doubts becames reality)
I'm not angry because of the project deletion, but for the translators that have contributed and have done all that mess for no reason. They have done a huge job in a short period of time and they also had to deal with that stupid trolls which have used google translate. They have done a very very huge work, but in the end, as always !, this coder have abbandoned "the ship". Who's is the guilt this time? someone who insulted him? a troll? I do not know how someone can lost motivation after the hard part of the project was done, all is ready and a great community is supporting you!

BTW a huge thanks to all people that have contributed to the translation.

In a way, I saw it coming... No words from devs for a long time about the progress. It`s sad considering that there are people who truly waited 3 years. I found this thread in April 2016 I believe by accident and I personally was super excited but now... Well in a way I can understand the part when we have to put things on hold because of life but to give people false hope? This isn`t right, especially that a lot of people cheered and supported you along the way not to mention those who were defending you guys with all cost. Also it`s kinda unfair for those who have worked on the text translations. They rushed with it especially that the translation process was at its end at that time. They all wanted to make this english fan translation to become true. All that for nothing. Well I cannot complain as I said, I kinda espexted this to happen but I remained silent because I had hope like the rest of us. I can`t understand why you guys didn`t tell us much sooner? You said that the project is somewhat going behind the scenes but I consider it a lie right now. Because I`ve got a feeling there were no testings behind the scene at that time whatsoever. The only thing I can say is a big thank you to the people who rushed and did all the best for the translation. I am happy because I met cool people here and became friends with some of them. My hope for the fan PSP translation still lives and I`m sure that some day it`ll see the daylight. I just wish that we all knew about it way sooner but like they say: "Better now than never". In this case, we don`t have to wait for the news since it`s been said. I really wish that you guys had some motivation anyways especially that it`s been 3 years of hard work for all of you. You`ve been in this for so long time and all your work and effort went for nothing. It`s not about us but about people who truly worked on the project. Now I truly with it was April 1st, I would consider the sad message as a joke but now... Well I`m just glad that I could be here with you guys and at least chit chat with some of you. I`ll keep checking the thread, hoping to see any news. Enjoy your weekend everyone~!

At least, the translation files are here. If someone could please make a patch and make this happen, Everyone will be grateful.

I had all of us in mind, especially the ones who are here since the project started. It`s really sad that this project officially died... I ended up speechless~ Let us hope that someone will take their legacy and finish this project... It went so far to just abandon it now TT'

Not really sure why so many people are angry over the project not being completed... they were the ones doing all the work, we were just in it for the ride.

Anyways... this is when networking comes in handy. If anyone has any connections to friends or family with a background in programming, try to get em into the project. Or, if you really wanna be a hero, pay someone to
