Heard from a german reviewer that the game runs in 30 fps on O3DS, can a pirate here confirm that : p ?
Also, i just noticed something while playing, while playing in german, some of the logos (like when you get free stickers) are still in Japanese. So it's still kinda wip i suppose.

is true, O3DS runs at 30FPS
New3DS 60 FPS

If you can't wait 'till February 3rd and have a 3DS with CFW well you are in luck.

I downloaded the CIA off that ISO site and installed it to my N3DS. I expected it to be in Japanese on my 3DS but apparently it was in English when I played it.

Multilanguage games use the console's language setting nerds.

Game gets stuck in a black screen after you defeat the final boss in this release.
Probably some japanese text that wants to pop up but that obviously doesn't work on consoles without the japanese language.

Use hans to set the game's language to Japanese while playing the level in question to fix the problem.

The Japanese (current) release on free shop is multi. So it has german, english and all that.

but the title region still shows as japanese and some text isnt translated so likely its a step towards refion free 3ds or such idk too much about it

It seems that the only level that it crashes on (in any language other than Japanese) is the level of the final boss.
