Homebrew How do I Update FBI Installer?

Hello!

Currently I use the very old FBI installer, version 1.4.17, to install cia files. It worked very well, but with the most recent games, some just don't work.

So how do I update FBI to the newest version? Do I need to uninstall the old one?

Download the .cia of the new one and install it with the current one on the SD.
You can uninstall it but you don't need to

There should be an option to update in the FBI menu itself. I am not sure when it was added and if it wasn't, just download the latest CIA and install it. You don't need to remove it.
Once installed, you can update it straight from FBI itself

Try using the HB version to install the new Cia, thats what I did

That option exists on most versions of fbi. You're probably using a version from over a year ago, before this was implemented.
