I think it lets python interpret C structures, but I think I meant the endian part of the problem. I'm not sure how @'nop90 was writing the program and the issues encountered.
FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) ia a math algoritm to transform a chunck of PCM sound data in a discrete frequency spectum. If you have not studied it in an advanced math course, it's better if you forget about it.
I'm using the built in mic in my program and (using some noise filter in the signal processing) it should work fine (some 3ds games use speech recognition, so it have to)

sounds interesting, ill look into what the stuff means but yeah, Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai DX has that voice recognition for selecting a song if you want...although I never could get it to work

Open source 3ds cheat engine that allows the user to simply add cheats and not having to build them like ntr. something like nitro hax but for 3ds games. Also, would like a 3ds bot app theirs a Pokemon gen 6 and 7 bots but it has issues with soft resetting because of a bug in ntr.

If I may, I'd like to request a Streaming / Casting / Mirroring homebrew to play on my PC Screen 'cause I can't read that tiny text on that small screen, I know there's already 2 of those, but I have a 2DS not a N3DS, so IS NOT safe for me to run it, and in either .3dsx / .cia would be good, it would be better for me on .cia, but whatevs....
also, would be nice to be able to move and resize the screens individually and toggle with windowed and borderless with ESC / Alt + Enter

A homebrew app on 3DS that is a all purpose rom hack downloader and installer for all games hacks are available for. Not sure but maybe add some kind of server with creators can submit their rom hacks and stuff and the app can pick and choose and install them on the system, no PC needed. Kinda like that homebrew downloader in the fbi installer.

an app that sorted the game icons on the home menu by release date, publisher, alphabetically, download date, etc would be awesome if possible.

Google drive app for 3ds could also be used for save mangers for backing up saves to google drive.
I did that flip-a-coin request.Right now its minimalistic but I'll add animations soon! [EDIT]I am having a little difficulty adding animations so this may come in a little late.
