I heard of Sky3DS and Gateway3DS, but they seem outdated. Is there any way to dump 3DS games easily and run them as well? Any emulators with game states or cheats?

On a 3DS with the latest update? I currently have arge Homebrew Channel on a most up to date 3DS triggered by Ninjhax.

To dump, A9LH and CFW. Start here.

Citra is to emulate them.

I keep running fasthax then safehax, but it keeps sending me back to the 3DS main menu. And I even have the files for ctrtransfer in the files9 folder. This is where I am: https://3ds.guide/2.1.0-ctrtransfer

I was able to successfully get into Decrypt9 the first time, but I had to get out and now every time I try to load fasthax followed by safehax, it keeps taking me back to the menu, and then I have to restart the 3DS because if I do it again it just crashes.

Send a screenshot of your SD card root.

I also included a shot of my 3ds folder. The safehaxloader.bin is renamed like it says to do.

You need a bittorrent client to download that. Tixati(recommended) or uTorrent.

And if I get one of those how and where do I get it? Where are the torrent files? Also how can I do it without risking my computer getting infected?

Just install uTorrent or something and download it. Torrents aren't inherently bad, but as long as you download the correct stuff you will be fine. The reason these files are hosted in torrents is due to it being copyrighted by Nintendo, and would be taken down if it was a direct download. It is safe, trust me.

Yes I have Hourglass9 and can open it on boot. Which option do I use? Does this work with a Pokemon Sun/Moon catridge?

If you want to dump an installed title, go to Content Dumper -> SysNAND -> /title -> Title ID of what you want to dump
You mean I can dump virtual (eShop) titles too?

Can I backup/restore just the save datas of catridges/downloaded games too? What about DSiWare and DS games?

Yes, just look up the title ID on 'that' website.
