I want to uninstall a title on my 2DS A9LH+Luma3DS via FBI.But there are 2 options there. "Delete Title" and "Delete Title And Ticket". Which one should I select for a "completely" uninstall ? . And what does "ticket" mean?

Delete title means you are deleting just the game itself. You can safely select "delete title". The "delete title and ticket" are for the people who also installed the ticket of a game(installing the ticket will enable you To download the game in the eshop)

I always choose the second option. Eshop purchases are tied to your NNID so you can redownload them without the tickets, and anytime you install something from FreeShop or other it creates a new one anyway. No reason to have unused tickets cluttering your SD card.

So you are recommending "Delete Title And Ticket" ?
