First you need CFW, follow this.
After you install a cia you can delete it or you can use ftp to access the sd wirelessly
I already have a CFW, It's just every file over around 300MB that I try to move to my 3ds gives an error so I can't find something useful for me that allows installing backups "on the fly", so when I saw this I thouhgt could be my solution but there's the problem that many people report of corrupts SD using this and on the other hand they haven't all possibilities of backups as .cia format has... Maybe this is not what I've been looking for =/

You can use freeshop or CIAngel to install games directly from the console

hey, I've been using freeshop just fine till the other day and now every time I try to install a game it gives me an error. my sd card isn't full and I have enough room for the games. usually, I'd try to look around different threads for the answer but cant seem to find anything. the error code is 0xC960454B.

Is this legal?
NO its piracy.
Actually it's completely legal. freeShop falls under the same laws are torrent downloaders. Basically torrent downloaders do not violate any actual laws as they do not directly endorse nor condone illegal piracy. In fact this is the direction of freeShop
Open source eShop alternative for the Nintendo 3DS. Allows you to browse and install titles you own (i.e. titles for which you have the titlekey).
Note the "install titles you own" in other words, this is suppose to be used with your titlekeys. This is not telling you to pirate games and in no form endorsing piracy.
If you choose to pirate using this program, you are the one choosing to pirate. Not freeShop, you.

If freeShop was illegal, GBATemp would have removed it. As it does not actually provide keys nor endorse the use of illegal keys. It does not violate any laws nor rules of the Temp.

Most people are going to use it for piracy though its a tool that allows you to pirate. And That title key site is easy to find. App it's selfs not illegal but it allows illegal content to be downloaded.

That's their choice to do so, that doesn't make freeShop illegal. freeShop does not endorse piracy, does note provide titlekeys nor links to these keys, and it doesn't say it can be used for piracy. freeShop is an open-source alternative to eShop intended on downloading your titlekeys.
Just because something can be used for piracy, doesn't make it illegal. With your argument, I can say that web browsers are illegal because they can be used for piracy.

I said the apps not illegal but most people are going to use it to pirate. If you legit bought the game you can just redownload it though the real e-shop if its digital or dump it if its a hard copy and dumping the game may be faster depending on your internet speed. I admit i do use the app for piracy but only to try out bad games.

Hmm, that might be it, as I ended up going with a 128 gig SD card and was injecting a lot of games in for SNES and GBA. Ah well, I can still launch via FBI so not a major issue.
on a side note it may bean issue with tickets (ive had the same problem using fbi and running tikshop and rebooting fixed it) so idk try it?

actually theyre illegally accessing nintendoes servers, least thats one of nintendos reasons. circumventing security and stuff like that. even modifying the console and installing illegitimate software is against it so eh.
