i so i have luma cfw installed and when i trun on my 3ds it load to emunand but there is no open button also cant press the a button to open anything and double tapping an app in the touch screen would cause it to freeze

Then get rid of emuNAND and use sysNAND only. If your sysNAND is broken too then do a 9.2 CTR transfer from Hourglass9.
Edit: if you don't have a9lh and your sysNAND is not broken then just make a new emuNAND. You can use emuNAND9 from homebrew on your sysNAND. If your sysNAND is broken and you don't have any backups and you don't have a9lh then I think you are stuffed (except maybe you could update sysNAND from recovery mode and lose hax).
