is it normal if my nandmin.bin is corrupted all the time and simple nand.bin is fine?
just got nandmin.bin before dsiware downgrade and nandmin.bin after dsiware downgrade (source 3ds of course)
and no matter what validator keep saying they are both corrupt,
however nand.bin after dsiware downgrade is fine.
Can i force-restore my nandmin anyway and will i lost my al9h after?
There is no reason why a nandmin.bin should get corrupted. Maybe show me your Decrypt9 logs? I can't tell you if a force restore is a good idea until I've seen the logs.

Has support for extracting ROMs from DSi Enhanced games been added? Currently afaik only NDS ROM dumping is supported.

There is support for dumping TWL ROMs. It'll show an error about the secure area, but that can be ignored. I dumped a copy of System Flaw (DSi-only) and its MD5 matched no-intro.

From a technical standpoint there's no difference between dumping NDS roms and DSi enhanced/exclusive. They're the same chip in the cartridge

Use a emulator to check the save data first, try using visualboy advance, load the rom first then select file and load save, then import battery file (extention of save must be .SAV) If a message asking to load the save comes up, select okay. Play through the game to make sure the save data works.

Second check if your injected game can actually save, if not then you need to patch the rom to save correctly. First play the game until you insert your name. Once at title screen press home and quit, load the game again, if the game ask you to insert a name, your game doesn't save data. You need to patch it.

Go and download the Ultimate GBA VC injector (instructions are on the page in the link.) then try the steps again previously mentioned before moving on.

To inject save data follow the steps below.
  1. Start the GBA game on the 3ds. (always remember each game must be loaded before continuing!)
  2. Close the game by returning to home menu, then shut off the system.
  3. Load decrypt9 like normal and proceed to the option to dump save data.
  4. After dumping it, inject the save data you wanted to use (rename it anything you want, must have . sav extention and be either 32KB or 64 KB if gotten from a emulator.)
  5. Load the game again and check if it worked.

So I'm not able to inject my Pokémon Emerald(US) sav I have.

The original is 128k and it works fine in VBA.

I created myself the cia and I also did this to fix the saves problems. If I play it right away, It works and it saves fine. I can dump it and it's like it should be, 64k, and it's correctly dumped.

But, if I try to inject the 128k save, D9 doesn't recognize it, and I tried trimming with this tool you have some pages before and It allows me to inject it but it just doesn't do it. When I get ingame, it isn't injected.

Any idea of what can I do?

... I never managed to get save injection to work.
Wasted the whole day away transferring a Zelda: Minish Cap save from my WiiU to my 3DS. Decrypt9 does work fine for the injection. I was able to find the methods for doing everything here in this thread thanks to so many helpful posts. However there was one crucial step that no one had mentioned, which is Step 4 below (don't forget about region!).

For clarification I am using the European Backport Edition by Prof. 9 on my 3DS installed as a CIA. And for the WiiU version, I purchased it through the North American Nintendo eShop.

Also, this should work for any Minish Cap save not just from WiiU (just ignore Steps 1 & 2).

*Optional*
a. Create a save file within Minish Cap on the 3DS (if no save currently exists)
b. Dump decrypted 64kb save from 3DS with Decrypt9
c. Use this save for comparison purposes to help with Steps 3 & 4
d. Test your final edited save in another emulator before injecting it in Step 5
*End Optional*

Steps:
1. Dump decrypted 144KB "desired" save file from WiiU with Saviine (data_008_0000.bin)
2. Extract 64kb GBA save from within this file with a hex editor (block: 4080-607F)
3. Reverse the byte order every 8 bytes of this extracted GBA save (byte order must be "normal")
4. Adjust region (if necessary) by changing offset 1E from 35 to 33 of extracted GBA save (35=USA, 33=EUR)
5. Inject reversed/edited GBA save with Decrypt9

Note: Reversing the byte order in Step 3 can be done in Windows with Hex Workshop as explained by redunka in Post #4137 or in Linux using objcopy (binutils package) with the following command:

objcopy -I binary -O binary --reverse-bytes=8 filein.sav fileout.sav

It probably goes without saying but yes game region is important, though i dunno why someone would use a different region game with different save. But I been able to dump and inject saves without issues. If there is issues please tell me the name of the games and supply the save data so i may check myself if you would like a witness to your situation.

Ah, assuming the USA VC version uses a EUR rom, this would explain my issues.
Not sure about the 3DS USA VC release. Check it out and post back if you have a chance.

...i dunno why someone would use a different region game with different save...
One reason would be to switch to using hack/patches that are only available in a certain region like the European Backport Edition by Prof. 9 for Minish Cap. Another, probably more common, reason would be to use a save that was downloaded from the internet that doesn't match your games region.
