Sorry man. U can't. The bug still exists in the latest bleeding edge. But don't worry, just wait a little longer because both devs and testers are trying to find out the fix. Also there was a build previously posted by drwhojan. It was Dec 4th Citra+Bleeding Edge build. It fixed the issue (although it too has bugs). U could try and use that

i'm still using the 1-12 chinese build cus its the fastest for me and the most stable but i'm still suffer from random freezes in s/m sometimes what user folder to use to avoid this?
also @drwhojan has anyone in the citra dev team tried to make keyboard work inside of games like in pokemon rumble games you cant enter passwords cus no keyboard will show up just back screen and the game hangs

The Chinese build have keyboard feature. I tried it on Mii Maker and Kid Icarus Uprising.

Certainly that is the best version of citra since the emulator was created with a great speed boost Drwhojan should be part of the official citra team.

unfortunately, pokemon xy is still unplayable (loop when getting item, choosing starter, etc), so i guess it's better to play ORAS (minor glitch and crash) or sun/moon (low fps on some areas, but it's getting better)
like what @laughinman said, beat it with 5 pokemon max, and AFAIK you should give them nickname. CMIIW
