Hardware [HELP] Updating N3DS to latest firmware offline

i have a9lh installed on my 3ds. currently its on 9.0E. i would like to update it to the latest firmware. tried updating it via system update several time but always end up with error.

I've downloaded the latest firmware file with 3DNUS. how can i update my console safely offline using the downloaded files without loosing my a9lh

Install with FBI

so i take your word and try installing it via FBI. there error showing that cia installation fails, files already exist on multiple files. now my 3ds is not booting up. whats my option now

Strange. You using Luma3DS as your CFW? Try booting into the config with select, or a payload. Try replacing the arm9loaderhax.bin from the latest luma build?

yes im using luma3ds v6.6 stable release as shown in my luma config (select)

Then your console isn't bricked.

Can you not use w/e youre using for the temp as a hotspot to update from?

Wait, NVM. Use SysUpdater from plaiects guide to update from being offline

should work.

Afaik you couldn't update from FBI, you needed sysupdater for that.
