The ntr is the same you're using. There must be something that cause this flash. A patch or a plugin surely
If the screen went green for a bit, that means you have a plugin activated. Even if no cheat is selected, the plugin is still enabled. Go to your SD card, plugin/title id of the game you're playing/ and delete the .plg file. Cheat plugins typically don't allow you to go online as a way to block online cheating.
@drgoku282 can you add a star near the pokemon sprite when it is shiny? Or directly the shiny sprites? And also can you add level and region editing of the pokemon?
I took the sprites from PKHeX, and iirc they don't have the shiny ones, so it will be the star. Level editing is already done on one of the latest commits. I'll look later on region editing.
They don't exist in the game but someone coloured them (custom sprites)

Still the same, no idea on how to search the offset, haven't looked on it either. Unless I or somebody can come up with something, don't expect it anytime soon.
Previous developer has abandoned the project, also there's the possibility that it can lead to online cheating, so other devs might not want to look on it. Maybe the guys who work on Gateshark cheat plugins can help.

No showing code does more harm than benefit, it makes no sense to publish one version which doesn't match the source code, and iirc, doing so would be a violation of the GPL 2.0 license of the program (modification without warning or releasing its source code).
As for the Gateshark guys, I think they have a thread to request codes in the rom hacking sub-forum.

As you may know, Input Redirection can be used via HBL (https://github.com/Stary2001/InputRedirection/releases ). Since with hax 2.8 wil support Extended Ram Games ( Like Sun & Moon; https://twitter.com/smealum/status/806741494237315077 ), would it be possible to use this program at a O3DS for S/M or even with this, it wouldn't be possible?
