Thank you so much. I changed the file extension to .txt from .sav to upload it, but otherwise it's the exact one that I pulled off my sd card.
When I ran the script, it showed more than 50 cells missing, so just to make sure, you better export your save.

1. Extract this: "https://smealum.github.io/ninjhax2/starter.zip" to your SD's root (There should be 3 files/folders after extraction: "3ds", "Nintendo 3DS" and "boot.3dsx"
2. Extract this: "https://gbatemp.net/attachments/save_manager_-with_smdh-zip.24349/" to your SD's root if it has a 3ds folder on it. If not, extract it to the 3ds folder on your SD.
3. Open homebrew using one of its various entrypoints
4. Open save_manager and press "A" to export your save.
5. Get the file in the saveDataBackup folder on your SD and upload it.

FYI the latest version of PKHeX can tell you which cells that you're still missing also.
Anyways, he just pulled his .sav right from the folder inside Nintendo 3DS. It has almost 1MB and you can't open it with PKHeX.

Oh, wow. Yeah, I definitely do not have 50 cells missing. But I think I can do at least this much on my own, at least, especially after the semester is over and I don't have any more brain-melting final projects due. Thanks again for all the help.

I've got a question: how do I go about decrypting my save file? Or can I send it to one of you who is willing to help me out? In case someone wants to help me out, just know that I am not able to upload the file to this thread because it tells me that it "does not have an allowed extension".

Just use JKSM or another save manager, like save_manager from Profi2000. Just upload it to some other site, like Dropbox, Mediafire, Google Drive, MEGA, 4shared, etc and send us the link. I'll gladly help you.

Alright, I believe I've found my problem. For some reason, JKSM does not detect my copy of Pokemon Sun. Do any of you have any tips on what to do in this case?

EDIT: Nevermind, I'm a big, dumb idiot. I have now exported my actual Pokemon Sun save, will try using the cell locator now.

EDIT 2: It worked, thanks for your helpful attitude, anyways! :)

The Zygarde Cell I was massing was the one in the Malie Community Center at NIGHT.
Allot of guides on the internet fail to mention that the one in the Malie Community Center is ONLY Available at NIGHT.

That's because they don't check, they just see it there and add it.
