You can't transfer from a n3DS to an o3DS, nor can you use a DSi. You're SOL until you can get an exploit game.

If your brother runs homebrew or has firmware old enough for browserhax, you can use it. The DSi isn't really useful.

ive caught a snag, the update nag bypass is fixed on 10.7.0-31 and its using 10.7.0-32U
