Okay, I'll reply to you just this one time to see if you get it.
Remember the way a9lh worked? How you had to get back to 2.1 to get the console keys and install the exploit?
Well, they still have the master keys, since OTP cannot be changed (one time programmable code), they could just as easily overwrite firm 0/1 by re-exploiting their own code, or somehow reversing a9lh.
Well, this shall prove amusing, now more than ever i want to see what is disclosed by smea at the talk. they claimed to have won the game after all.
they all ready did that before and it did not work with the new 3ds it was hacked like not long after it came out because they ran basically the same software as the old 3ds mostly with just more ram and a better arm 11But that wouldn't make more sense if Nintendo is going to release updated 3DS hardware, instead of trying to fix already hacked ones?
All current exploits are open-sourced and well explained aren't they? You think that, but there are plenty of reasons why hackers would go for such an offer.
Just look at GBATemp itself, most people using A9lh being all high and mighty, thinking that they are all safe from any hacks. Iiterally thinking that they have no risks and are entitled to pirate and do what they want.
The real hackers did all the stuff for us. But some are being conceited about it. Just saying. Note that hackers also have animosity towards the tempers, and rightfully so.
I can definitely see some doing it not for the money, but for the hilarity and chaos that will cause in here.

"Community", in this case, is a blanket term. I wasn't just referring to this site. I also wasn't referring to A9LH users. You think that, but there are plenty of reasons why hackers would go for such an offer.

Damn, If I was a hacker I would sell out in a heartbeat.I can definitely see some doing it not for the money, but for the hilarity and chaos that will cause in here.

But maybe that's just me (doubt it)
Have you seen how the switch looks? Bro the 3ds has 2 screens, switch got 1. All 3ds games use the bottom screen for some purpose, and therefore the switch doesn't have the nessicerry hardware. Not to mention that its a hybrid, meant to be played on a TV too, with a controller. I mean, even when you remove it and play it mobile, the controller buttons slide onto the side of the console. Which = no 3ds compatibility due to the lack of a touch screen. And not to mention, even if it did, the buttons go on the sides of the console, making it much too awkward to play normally. In fact that "theory" only arose on the net when people saw the switch play cartridges in the release trailer. So did the n64. Don't see backward compatibility for NES on thatI did't read too much here, just wanted to say that this backs up my theory that the Switch will be able to play 3DS games.
See the premise behind buying a system is to legally say I own it. No matter who manufactured the product, if I dropped $80 at a GameStop, I'm entitled to do whatever the fk I want with it, no ifs, ands, or buts. That's why hacking a system is always legal. It becomes illegal when you pirate softwarething is nintedo can't go into your house and control your 3ds or take it off you so theres no point in making it illegal to hack the system
With a9lh ya doofAnd how you would load the emuNAND without an entrypoint???
With a9lh ya doof
some sort of fix for a9lh,
Link is here.
It seems to be looking to stop a variety of things, including piracy, ROM hacks/save editing, and ARM11/ARM9 exploits, and is paying from $100 USD to $20,000 USD for exploits.
Interestingly, it seems to be only targeting 3DS systems, and not Wii U.
No, blackmailing is not the right word.....it isn't even close lmao. They aren't demandingWow, Nintendo is blackmailing people for hacking turn into money cash. @_@
Incorrect. Purchasing a system means you are purchasing the right to use the system as the manufacturer intended. The EULA covers this, and when you hit "I agree", you are legally obligated to abide by the agreement. You don't own the system, the manufacturer does.See the premise behind buying a system is to legally say I own it.
