Then I think posting it on a public forum isn't a smart idea, I found the link with a simple search with 2 words.
I don't hope so, but if the bans really should be permanent, there is the possibility and would it be make sense to copy the device data of a new same 3DS to the banned 3DS to undo the two bans 002-0102 and 022-2812 and which files have to be changed?

went into my friend list and didn't get a error i was about to smile... So i closed it and opened the friend list again and... got the error.

no im not messing with that stuff lol. i just check my friendlist to see if im still banned when im bored
I had that happen to me too...It's like someone unbanned me and then another employee went after and said "no, not yet" and put the ban again...
I think we had enough idiots using the last one to the point it got banned for it to happen again.
