Well, it's more Windows Defender that shows it as a virus.
I'm not really using an anti-virus (malware is way enough for me) but it's not i'm not trusting your stuff, but more that I've never looked into disable the auto-delete by W10 (just updated to X_X)

You can try this instead:

  1. Download Lunar IPS
  2. Download my IPS patch for SatlySD here.
  3. Open Lunar IPS, click Apply IPS Patch
  4. Select your code.bin file
  5. Select the IPS patch
  6. All done. Should now be patched for SaltySD.

Arg sorry for the double post. I'm failing to get it working, but I don't know where's my error. So first :
Luma 3DS v6.5-f7e57038

Checked my configuration. Do I have to check "Enalble region/language emu. and ext. .coe" or ?something else ? I only have the 3 basics options checked (Autoboot / SysNAND firm with R / Show Nand string)

After, I made two folders (one in luma/files/0004000000164800) and another one for SaltySD (saltysd/sunmoon/)

I just updated my Luma (with Luma Updater) and no 6.6 wellp.

I think the problem is here, but I don't see clearly which one is the problem haha.
Thanks o/

Turn on the option you mentioned, rename code.bin to 0004000000164800.bin and put in /luma/code_sections/ folder

Did that but my game is still not randomized X_x

But I don't understand why I use the Star Updater, I don't have the possibility to install Luma 6.6.

Did you put the randomizer files in the SunMoon folder? SaltySD just loads mod files not makes them.

Yep of course. Used Pk3DS, randomized all, saved it, put everything (to be sure) in the SunMoon folder and nothing loads :v

  1. Yes, you need to enable the option for region/language emu. and ext. .code. This is was loads the SaltySD code.bin you made.
  2. The proper folder for the code.bin is SD:\luma\code_sections\ and you name it <titleid>.bin, so in this case: 0004000000164800.bin
  3. Star Updater is no longer updated or maintained. Install Luma Updater to get the newest Luma3DS updates. You can install it easily from FBI > TitleDB.
  4. For your modified files, you should also have a folder called SD:\SatlySD\SunMoon\. You'll put your modified files here starting with the 'a' directory. Ex. SD:\SaltySD\SunMoon\a\0\8\3

You've helped me so much, you rox o/ !

Just surprised about Star Updater because it detects the last luma but doesn't want to update it o:

What'd you do? I tried doing this with rising sun rom hack following the instructions and it does t work. Did you another folder in the sun moon with the title id and mod inside that folder?

I have the Luma code section then xxx.bin

And saltysd on root with SunMoon and the "a" folder and it doesn't work for sun or moon and yes they have separate code bins with there proper title
