Well...not for that one though...I bought the opposite game on release date because Moon didn't have the exclusives I wanted (alolan Vulpix and Rufflet). I should still have the receipt for Sun, if it didn't get lost because my bag is a mess...
I don't really have a problem with being banned considering I deserve it just with it being permanent and even then, it's just a problem because it prevents me from accessing my pokebank account. If I could just get my NNID account moved to my o3ds, I wouldn't mind my N3dsXL being permanently banned.
I'd just like the ban length reviewed because :
1°) It's my first offense
2) I didn't intend to pirate the game and not buy it, on the contrary Pokemon games are games I always buy on release date along with Final Fantasy type games or Ace Attorney ones...I can even provide photographic proof of my X, OR and Sun cartridges.
3) I merely wanted to check if the fact that the clock was 12 hours off in Moon would be detrimental to my enjoyment of the game.
4) And avoid spoilers from other people playing the game early.
5) And check if a theory I had seen on Youtube about the game was true or not. i'll provide a link to it later on
6) Furthermore, I didn't flaunt my playing the game early on online plateforms, nor spoiled the game for every one else by posting videos/images of it online.
7) The pokemon I wonder traded were all level 1 abras and not new pokemon so I was not spoiling new pokemon for other people. That can be proven by checking trade logs if they exist.
8) And they weren't edited/hacked in any way so I was not screwing everyone over by trading hacked pokemon. That can also be proven by checking trade logs if they exist.

I apologise for the extra long post...:shy:

still nintendo may not see past that. they know you knew what you were doing if you played the leak and they have a record on you now. if they let you off it wouldn't be fair for others.

I think, checking YouTube theories is spoiling yourself... in any case I think the permanent ban is justified, first offense or not you, should have probably known that going online early is bad that carry consequences. people that pirate on Sony console's probably know that the best. it wasn't some small game you were connecting to early, it was one of the best selling game franchise for the Nintendo line, of course they will be way stricter for those games. all and all though, it's just an inconvenience since there's ways around the ban even if only temporary.

Here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLp67IGu5BvKWJ9KTd-xlnH24FUmUSgTVL is the link to the theory I wanted to be one of the first to prove or disprove...XD

That's why I was proposing doing a collective appeal (no idea how though), during the Christmas holidays and/or at a period when Nintendo might be more likely to forgive, to get EVERYONE's bans (and not just mine) reviewed and changed from permanent to long lasting...

some one needs to make a better soultion like alot of people were banned you can fix the ban by using your other 3ds local firend seed but you will be unable to use pokebank so all your pokemon in it are gone and you can't tranfer pokemon from gen 5

they would be legal unless you put impossible stats on them. if you want to be moral about it you screwed up the moment you got banned and theres no other legit way unless you local trade.
