So I am trying to remove rednand since I just wanted to use a sysnand cfw. So I tried a quick format and a full format and it did nothing but remove the files on my sd and it says I only have 27G when my sd card is 64G and is set to fat 32. Thanks for the help in advance

Kind of helps if you mention what system you're on.

In windows, right-click my computer-> manage (or in the start menu, This PC -> manage) then go to disk management. Find the drive letter of your SD card, and delete the partition at the front of the SD. Then reformat.

But what PC OS do you have? It's easier to remove rednand outside of the WiiU, but then to use hacks you will need to find yourself a different fw.img to boot into (one that doesn't use rednand).
I am on windows 10 and when I get to the unloted data point and right click on it it just give me the help and properties option.

These other options are greyed out because it's only for managing a HDD. To remove the Unallocated one,
open Run (Win key + R),

type "diskpart", hit Enter, click yes when prompted to run as Admin,

on Command Prompt, type "list disk" and hit Enter,

look for the correct disk number for SD card and that matches with the Size of 32GB for first Partition, for example, the disk # is 2, so type "sel disk 2" and hit Enter,

type "clean" and hit Enter, this will wipe its all partitions off and merges back together.

Type "create partition primary" and hit Enter,

type "format fs=fat32 quick" and hit Enter,

type "assign letter=E" and hit Enter,

finally type "exit" and hit Enter to x out safely.

Now you got another 32GB back on your SD card. There was no need to use such third-party software to manage disk and partitions. :)

you'll have to use diskpart in the command line
