Hacking System Transfer from Hacked n3DS to Non-Hacked n3DS

Hi guys I need some help here. I have a hacked AL9H n3DS and was banned from the Pokemon incident. I couldn't access eShop. Miiverse and Online games, therefore I have bought another brand new UNhacked n3DS. Can I do a system transfer from my AL9H n3DS to my UNhacked model? (assuming I don't want to hack it any more). I have no intention of hacking the newly bought n3DS but would like to move my NNID over. I called Nintendo and they refuse to move my NNID as the system is not bought in USA. It's still a US region system (Southeast Asia) though.

Any chance of doing a system transfer from the hacked to the unhacked n3DS?

You told them you didn't buy it in the US? You should be able to system transfer from hacked to unhacked no problem providing they're the same region. Not sure if your NNID will still be banned though. I'd try calling them again, this time don't tell them you bought it outside America...

I'm not sure if anyone who was banned has salvaged their NNID for 3DS usage.

They checked the serial number from the new system and it was not bought from US market, but it's still US region. The thing is all Southeast Asia (I'm from Singapore) 3DS systems are using US region but with Asian packing.

Well the rep I just got off the phone with told me the system is banned with this account. The account is not banned, but they will not remove the account from that system so that it can be put onto a different system.
system transfer won't work though, because the banned system has to go online to start the transfer. The rep did not give a shit that I had spent money on my NNID just days before this all started, nor that I owned both sun and moon, or that i had bought an entire new 3ds. they would not release my NNID from the old 3ds. I'm considering filing an FTC complaint. if they want to ban my account, then ban my account. but to refuse to release it from this specific 3ds so that I can use the content i paid them for, is not right.

i do think i'll give them a call tomorrow and tell them I lost my old 3ds and just want to set up a new 3ds.

Ah damn that sucks, guess I just have to fu*ked my NNID and wait for the announcement of any new account system for future Nintendo Online Network. At this moment I am not going to spend a cent online.
