Post a picture of your plugin folder. You should be getting a green flash when you start the game (when you see the Nintendo 3DS logo).
Oops! I've put my plugins in the config folder. I placed them in the plugin folder and it works! Sorry to bother you. Moving on!

Okay so what files should I extract from the zip, and to where?
my ntr.bin file is from the 3.4 preview 2 so idk if that matters.
Can I have both Selector and NTR CFW installed?

With Selector you are installing NTR CFW. Extract everything from the zip (there's only one file in each zip), install either CIA, then launch it. That's it.

say, I don't wanna sound like an ignorant but do I need a cfw? if so, which one would you suggest me?
Yes, you will need A9LH and Luma3DS for this. A far-off speculation/rumor from long ago told me that the project that cell9 was working on now might've been a .3dsx type version of NTR

Of coarse the Plailect Guide now is currently the easiest ever to set up a 3DS with CFW. Good luck!

Is there a QR?
You can use any online QR generator to convert his url to QR then scan with FBI.

Edit:: Forgot that NTR Selector url is a zip, you have to upload one of his CIA first.
Which I think it more harder than extract and putting CIA on SD, unless you don't have PC access, I could upload those CIA for you.

How do I exactly install BootNTR onto my 2DS as I'm only going to be using Ver. 3.3? I have the console hacked with A9LH and Luma CFW. A little help would be nice, please.

Hold SELECT while you start BootNTR Selector to re download the files.
I held the Select button before loading BootNTR, got all the files redownloaded, and BootNTR itself failed to load 3.3 again as I chose it. Proof is shown on an image below. How to alleviate this problem?

Your app is out of date as Nanquitas said. 2.3 is the current. Re-download or install it from FBI > TitleDB to get an updated version that supports 11.2.
