I still say to buy the game. brain training is under 7 bucks, if you don't act fast, you might be unable to get the game before they either pull it, patch it, or change the firmware to block this all together. If you like the free games you download every day, why question if you should give nintendo a few bucks?

Nintendo does not care nor intend to scam you on stealing your credit card info, the problem here would be that you don't have a credit card nor debit, have you ever consider buying an eshop card? something like this:
