Okay Quantumcat, I got the FBI injection thing working. Now for my main issue. Gateway. I've gone back and updated Hourglass9 and I should be on v2 of A9LH. I tried using this method, (https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-using-luma3ds-with-gateway-on-v2-a9lh.431691/) but it's just not working. When I hold down on the day pad during boot up the blue power light flashes for a moment then disappears and the 3DS shuts down. I'm at a loss. Any idea's? I'm not sure what I could be doing wrong. It seems like a very simple set of steps to follow. BTW I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge.

I updated Luma to the latest normal version and did a system update to 11.2. Everything worked fine, went to system settings to confirm it updated, booted up homebrew, it updated and launched. All good.

Now when I go to system settings it says an error has occurred, system will restart. And homebrew launcher says failed to load the system version : 0xc900464f.

@SkyDX - You need to use the 9.2.0-20 payload. My N3DS on 10.7 also partially downgraded going from 10.7 to 9.2. Had to use the 9.2 payload for Freakyforms for it to boot the homebrew launcher again. From there, run the downgrader again.

You beautiful cat! That worked! I was to the point of giving up. I wasn't even going to post my question because im used to getting flamed for being a noob on forums with tech im not familiar with. This truly is paradise.

I don't know how to help you with the Gateway problem though :-(

I recently change my emuNAND from rxTools to Luma. The boot rate is quite fast and everything is still working yesterday.
As of today, the same menuhax thing before booting into the system still appears, but it never boot up properly into my emuNAND and all I have is a black screen!
Anything I can do now?

The Universal injection some how solved the problem. I don't know how because to be honest there was still only one .tmd file and still 2 .app files that were undiscoverable, but it worked. FBI was injected successfully and dropped on my home screen. I don't know why the injection through hourglass only successfully injected after the universal injection but maybe it has something to do with the extra file that was made?

Hi... I dont know (yet) how to works .cia files. But what I wanna know is, .3ds saves works on .cia ROMS? Or I need some "save converter"?
PS: I use Gateway, but in some future I wanna use Luma+ARM9 and stuff

hi i want to change to a bigger sdhc card for my old 3ds xl, whats the biggest i can? 32gb+?

Thanks, yeah we got that working in the end, she's running A9LH Luma 11.2 now

Just bought a sun/moon limited edition New 3ds with the version of 11.0.0-33U. Is there anyway to install homebrew to this?

Hi, I've got a 2DS with A9LH and Luma3DS, after updating to 11.2 I can't run any payloads like Decrypt9WIP, Hourglass (even on the latest version), only Luma3DS config and CtrBootManager.
Also I can't run them via CtrBootManager.
How to fix it?

(P.S. I've got installed redNAND [I used it to do DSiWare Downgrade on another console])

EDIT: Decrypt9WIP problem solved, just install the older version with original font

One question; is Paper Mario Sticker Star an homebrew entry point? I bought it at a local store brand new for 14.99£ being a Nintendo Select. Had Oot too for same price depending whether i should go pick it up or not? Thanks everyone. the more game entry points the better~ Also got dungeonhax, freakyhax and basehax~

Stickerhax is an entrypoint as Oothax. But you'll have to install it on an already hacked console (as Oothax).

You can use a CART entrypoint to use homebrew (run emulators, homebrew apps and games) but you won't be able to install pirate games or downgrade to lower FW or install CFW (A9LH, Luma and whatnot).

If you want to install CFW, you'll have to:
1 - Hardmod and downgrade: https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Hardmod-Downgrade
2 - DSiware Downgrade with another hacked console: https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/DSiWare-Downgrade

i have menuhax and reinand can i just copy the arm9 files to sd card and install along with luma .cias without deleting anything of my sd card
