MEGA throttles shit, so you actually would benefit more from torrenting with a shitty internet connection.
Mega's speeds are so fast that on a shit internet connection you'd probably not notice any throttling.
still mega encrypts the downloads so i think its way more safer then torrenting and its mainly what that iso site uses
You can enable encrypted connections exclusively in your torrent client.

To clear up any confusion, DLC does get deleted when you enter eShop if the servers have a record of your DLC shop history for that game, that means if you enter the ingame DLC shop (or the theme shop for themes) it'll remember you and your illegitimate DLC for that game will get deleted every time you enter eShop because it doesn't match the data on their servers. If you never enter the ingame DLC shop, your DLC won't get deleted.
That's the explanation I've read on here before, and it does explain why my Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies DLC keeps getting deleted, and my CIA theme pack is still there after entering the eShop many times.
In programming terms, there is probably an "if (dlc_data[gameID] != null) verify_dlc_purchases(gameID)" somewhere in their server code ;)

It isnt, check the laws, tighthead -----.....----- uploading, yeah illegal as all hell, downloading, nope. Been downloading without vpn for the last 5 or so years, not even a letter with a copyright notice

I live in the UK and i've been downloading all sorts of pirated stuff for most of my life without a single copyright infringement notice either, doesn't mean it isn't illegal

It has been answered before here on the temp, it is legal to download but uploading is a nay nay, Heck I even asked my dad that has a friend that is a lawyer and he said it is okay and legal. But a veerrry helpful yahoo answers response said that it doesnt matter anyway because all Romanians are gypsys and that they dont care about laws

No, maybe will get one more year of Poke Bank.
X, OR e Freaky Forms Deluxe, Your Creations Alive was all the games that I bought. Nintendo allows me to download for free from their servers and the non eShop are on that nice ISO e Chaosful sites also for free as well.

I rarely buy e-shop games because I don't want to support the proliferation of virtual games. If a game was released as a game card in another country then was localized for mine, I should be able to get it in a real life shop. If not, then I will steal a virtual copy of it. And if it wasn't localized at all, I try to import it (except if it forces me to put 175% of the original price on the table) and will patch it at the first occasion.

For the very few games made exclusively for eshop that I want, I will buy them legally. I purchased the old CING crew game yesterday for example. I also bought Gunvolt a year ago and am pretty upset now that it is released again properly, because I know I will buy it again (for real this time)

I download animation, movies, games since more than 10 years despite the illegality of stolen copies in France (only private copies of my own purchased material is allowed) and never received any warning. though those warning letters exist here too (after a certain amount, the internet/phone operator received the order to cut the connection)

I've bought a ton of stuff on eshop before/after CFW.

Off the top of my head;
Azure Striker Gunvolt
Fire Emblem: Awakening DLC (all of it)
Fire Emblem: Fates DLC (all of it except the extra routes since I already have a Special Edition copy)
Pokémon X (bought a Physical Cart of Y on day 1)
some Sm4sh DLC (just characters though)

I plan on buying Gunvolt 2, and maybe I'll get around to buying some Ace Attorney games.
