Question, how do i convert to Cwav ?
I've tried using audacity from github that already patched with Cwav converter but i couldn't open the app, it always say "The procedure entry point ucrtbase.abort couldnot be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll" whenever i try to open it, i already downloaded the "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-1-0.dll" and put it in my system32 but it doesnt work, could someone point out whats wrong with it ? or tell me another cwav converter. Thanks

There is only a viable alternative to create perfectly SFX files and using the plugin ctr_waveconverter32 integrated with Usagi. This plugin you should get it on their own because of copyright. And so we can not pass the links.
Once you get the ctr_waveconverter32 you can create SFX directly on Usagi imported wav files. It will be enabled this tool in the editor automatically.
This plugin and used by Nintendo developers.
I own this integrated plugin to Usagi it also converts SFX files to WAV. I use this process when you need to feed the sound of SFX archives.

I must be posting this project today is if you have time I will post another theme Anime Re Zero.
This theme this with a bgm with perfect repeat loop anger music play continuously as the music does not have end.

You can try to find an exploit that allows you to extract sound effects cia files. I own this plugin more I can not pass him for copyright. You can search for sites and forums that provide sound files games.

New theme, a re up theme actually, i plan to make an animatic screen out of this one but the editing turn out harder than i tho, so i just gave it a minor change, Better folder & border (i think..), bgm, and adjusting the button color a bit,

Hi , i made a cia file with HTT but when i install it ( with bigbluebox and FBI ) , it says import failed . this cia is invalid (0xD8E08025)
i also created another file with different themes and still not working
i downloaded .cia themes before and they installed fine
i also deleted my current theme pack before , installing the HTT cia pack
anyway to fix this ?
