Alright I used the plugin but am I supposed to bring up a menu to activate it or something? There's still outlines.. (yes my game flashed green when I entered it, yes I'm on a n3ds)
Yes, NTR doesn't work on anything that uses extended ram (monster hunter, smash, Pokemon Sun/Moon etc)

This video makes me think of a Pokémon Sun/Moon port or a third game for X/Y and Sun/Moon for Switch, Main PKMN Game on 1080 for Home and Go Console
Does anyone know how to do the same thing with OR/AS X/Y? It would be really cool to do it in those games too.

@shinyquagsire23 had a look for the equivalent data in XY/ORAS but couldn't find it easily. As such he's determined that it's going to take more time and effort than he is willing to dedicate to it.
So we'll have to wait until someone else finds it.
when they say Hex Edit the Code.bin
they mean the Code.bin in the actual CIA which would work with any of current cfws not just Luma
but that would mean sharing roms

You mean that you've seen Pokémon XY/ORAS in Citra without black lines? Someone knows how to remove them in Citra?
