Same problem here...

NexoHaxx Title Installer v1.0 by NexoCube
- Cannot display actual file size correctly that are 4GB+ (ex. 11.6GB)
- Segments the install into two parts (first cycle will go past 100% then it repeats on the second cycle)
- Second cycle stops at 52%
- Message "Do not try to install games you didn't paid for"

Mod Y WUPInstaller v1.1.1 by Yardape8000
- Displays actual file size correctly in MB (ex. 11759.9 MB)
- During the install process it stops usually around the 50% - 55% mark
- Error: install error code 0xFFFFF825

I tried with the following SD card folder structure:

sd\install

-- or --

sd\install\game

I got the title "Super Smash Bros" from NEW-NUSGrabber and the modified title.tik was obtained from some site. Not sure if it is the SD card as I was able to get Mario Party 10 installed fine.

Thanks,

Thanks,

If you have another SD big enough try it, I was adamant that mine wasn't the problem since it installed every other game fine, but now my PC won't even read the card so there that lol,

Also to anyone else with the knowledge, Just to confirm, if I use my 3DS' card which has Luma, emunand etc etc on it, will those files interfere in anyway, it's the only other sd card I have that's big enough. or does Wup and HBL only look for the their folders?

Have yall tried the Brazilian wup installer mod? I never get errors with it.

I had Mario Party 10 installed from folder structure "sd/install" with NexoCube's WUP installer. It was on a 16GB microSD card though. I will try to see if using a bigger card works for Smash Bros. I will be testing it on a Kingston 128gb SDXC card this time.

The game is duplicated or just overwritted?

Well I gave up on Mario Kart 8, I can't make the installed game and the save data from my disc to be on the same place without one overwritting the other. :/

I got it working. It's quiet easy, but you have to do it in a certain order:

1. First of all, the game can't be installed to the USB HDD / flashdrive before moving savedata and dlc from the Wii U's system memory to USB. If it is installed already, you'd have to delete the game through the Wii U's data management and install it again using WUPInstaller after moving the savegame / dlc to USB.
2. To copy the savegame and the dlc if available, head into the Wii U settings and from there into the data management options
3. You should see an option to copy, move or delete data. Choose that and then head into the system memory.
4. Press X on the gamepad to enter data moving mode but do not be confused - this mode allows you not only tp move but also to simply copy savegames, dlc and any other extra data for games to USB.
5. After pressing X, choose the games you wish to copy the data from and then press Y. Confirm your choice by hitting the copy button and savegames, dlc and other extra data from the games chosen before will be copied to the USB device.
6. At this point install the game to USB using WUPInstaller. Upon starting the game from USB next time, the savegame you used with the disc version before will be there and ready as well as any dlc you bought for the game.

Hope this helps.

Would have thought this would be an easy question to answer, but I'm going to assume that yes everything will be fine..

Have anyone found a way to improve performance? Using a 5400rpm HDD and smash loading screen video is awfullllllll.. gets stuck every 2 seconds.
Sounds like it's time for a new drive? I'm using a 6 year old drive I originally bought for my old Wii. No stuttering problems on the video for me.

This is the drive from a less than 1 year old PS4, it was upgraded to 1tb 2 days ago so I am using the old PS4 500gb Drive. :-( maybe I should buy a usb 3.0 external case for the drive? I am currently using a USB mini 2.0 enclosure...

Hey!
I got the same probelm when trying to install Mario Party 10 :( Have you tried turning off your Wii U and get out and re-insert your SD and repeat the process? Also , have you tried to install to System Memory? Those worked for me n_n

Hmm, I'd blame the controller then. If you bought a cheap one that could definitely be it. By the way, Wii U is 2.0 max so don't bother with 3.0

If you press X the games are installed in usb drive, to delete games just go to settings, data manager and delete the game :D
