I want to know how to know base stats for any poke at any level.
For instance, one of my favourite poke ever is Beedrill. So, using cheats I'd like to train it from level 1, skipping Weedle and Kakuna. Or Alakazam., Mankey, Golem, Machamp, etc.

Supposedly, my level one Beedrill should have the following base stats at level one:
HP=65
ATK=90
DEF=40
SPA=45
SPD=80
SPE=75

Is just for fun :P :D

Hey since you are using cheats why not create a new game where you get any pokemon you want and then you use cheats to get a lot of rare candies and you use them to bring pokemons to the level you want to see them base stats.
That's the only way that comes to my mind

Rare candies will only power'em up. If I use rare candies in a kakuna to level it up till a Bee, I'll get to see the Bee's base stats at level 9-10, not at level 1.
Are you implying that those Bee's base stats at level 9 should be the same as if it were possible to catch a level 1 Bee?

@x65
Yes but no. Only if my previous question answer is "Yes", then yes :)

No they're not the same, at least I think.
Well I think you should get one pokemon for each level
For example if you want to see base stats of a Kakuna at level 1 and compare it with one at level 10, you have to get a Kakuna at level 1 and one at level 10 through cheats
But maybe there are other ways, who knows...

Base stats don't change at all, regardless of levels, IVs, EVs, etc (with one exception*).

*However, they can and do sometimes change between generations (see gen 5 to 6, where several were adjusted in 6).

You can use http://www.serebii.net/games/iv-calcxy.shtml to calculate IVs and stats (assuming you're wanting generation 6).

That's why is a bit confusing wheter or not having a Fully evolved pokemon at low level makes it stronger than a non-leveled pokemon at the same level.
I knew from previous games that if you didn't allowed to evolve a pokemon, it'll grow weaker than if you allow it to evolve completely.
i.e.
Does a Weedle at level 1 will grow exactly the same as if i had a Beedrill at level 1?
With same nature, and same training, etc.

So for example these stats will never change even if the pokemon levels up, right?

So, these are suposedly different calculators.
Do you see any changes?
Both have exactly the same nature and abilities.

And responding to daxtsu... yes. I'm playing Generation 6 games.
Edit: Now take a look at Cerebii's calculator. xD

I've done some research. Base stats don't actually represent a Pokemon's stats at any level. They do not actually tell you what Beedrill's stats are at level 1. They are produced by a simple mathematical formula in order to help you compare the stats of different pokemon.

A base stat is equal to that species' stat at level 100, minus 5 and divided by 2 [(x-5)/2]

OR for HP

The HP base stat is equal to that species' stat at level 100, minus 110 and divided by 2 [(hp-110)/2]

If you just want to calculate stats at each level without taking IV/EVs into account use this calculator

From the Bulbapedia talk page

Answer 1: it doesn't matter what level you evolve [a pokemon] because stats are retroactively recalculated after evolution to fit the new base stats.

Answer 2: they would be exactly the same, not counting IVs, EVs and nature a riolu that evolved at level 2 and raised to level 20 will be exactly the same as a riolu which evolved at level 20.

Sorry guys for all this time I thought you were referring to these stats in the lower right of the screen (at least they were there in the nds) when a pokemon levels up
