I don't know, I just find codes like these are useful for when you want to make a Pokemon look legit. It's incredibly obvious that someone has cheated when you can see that multiple Pokemon were caught using masterballs.

Those were just the pokedex images, not the models. Right now, any pokemon that's not used in the demo has been replaced with pikachu or data from pikachu (For example, in the demo Dugtrio can be seen but not fought, hacking the game to battle it reveals that his stats, abilities, and moves have been replaced with pikchu's data)

You should try and patch out the game save it does at startup. I've heard it does save party pokemon, but the save it does when you start the game wipes them from your party.

EDIT:

I can confirm with updated PkHeX it does save your party. So that means when you start the game, the initial save it always does wipes your party.

PkHeX has some updates on it's github that allow reading the Sun/Moon demo save. It can't edit all of the save yet and can't alter the save yet, but I can see what's in my party with it and the Pikachu I caught is in there after I saved using the old man. I exported the save immediately afterwords. The next time I boot the demo, the Pikachu will be removed due to the save sequence it does on start up.

Yup, that's how I figured out how the Pokemon we catch originally remained,
and why I always thought its weird the demo decides to save when we just freaking loaded it.

Perhaps its to return Greninja to its optimal state (maybe people could send it to home to nature aka PC, but theres no way to access one?)\

Also SciresM confirmed that shinies in demo is impossible.
Shiny models were removed, and no stars shine when encountered.

Nope and probably won't unfortunately, SM code does not translate at all to XYORAS unfortunately and I'd effectively have to sift through code to figure things out. Not really worth the effort to me personally, to be honest.

I wonder if you can use a cheat code to force the 3D feature on in areas that normally don't allow it. Since this game has the symbols it would be easier to do unlike the previous gen games.
